Reading the Homicide report something jumpped out to rather strongly. Folger, Frykowski were no saints. These two were heavly into drug abuse and Fryhowski was on the verge of designer drug dealing. Along with a extensive history with low life drug dealing types. (Might one of them been Pimping/Drug Dealing Charlie?)

Jay Sebring according to the cops was into kinky Bondage and whipping submissives as well as into drug abuse.

Parent had a criminal record for petty thieft and pot abuse.

Frykowski was close close friends with Polanski/Sharon.

Sebring and Tate were once engaged. So when's the last time you called over your steady kinky ex to live you while your husband/wife is out of town?

That there was an adult movie shot on the Tate/Polanski property in the months while Sharon/Polanski were out of country in 1969) and numerous drug parties head on the property as well.


These folks were not as innoncent as history likes to play it.

Tex Watson claimed (in the interviews and such) that they brought the rope with them and used it to restrain Sebring/Tate by tying it to their necks and using the rafter for leverage to keep Sebring and Tate from running off.

Why use a rafter? When one could easily just easlily run the rope around them as they are forced to stand back to back. No. Watson and the rest use a mock hanging (bondage) method?? Nor was the rope ever tight enough to hold anyone??

Another thing...

Its a HOT summers night, unusally hot. Tate is in a binki top and shorts, Folger is in a night gown. Sebring and Frylowiski FULLY dressed in heavy clothing? With no air conditioner at Midnight no less?
